6. SMS and Text Message Communications

6.1 Program Description

People who voluntarily provide their mobile telephone number and affirmatively consent to receive text messages from Daniel Herzberg may receive recurring SMS or MMS communications.

Message frequency varies according to your interaction with the business.

During an active educational or promotional campaign, you may receive recurring messages, including up to three messages in a day on limited occasions. If you schedule a strategy call, you may also receive confirmation, preparation, reminder, rescheduling, and follow-up messages associated with that appointment.

6.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your mobile-service plan.

Optimum Business Solutions, LLC is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

6.5 Opting Out

You may revoke your consent and stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

A confirmation message may be sent to acknowledge your opt-out. After your request is processed, you will no longer receive marketing or promotional text messages unless you later provide new consent.

Other reasonable language clearly communicating that you want the messages to stop will also be treated as an opt-out request.

Opting out of SMS does not automatically unsubscribe you from email communications. Email preferences may be managed separately.

Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or transferred to another organization for marketing or promotional use.
